Roxanne Schmidt

Roxanne serve as the Warehouse Manager at the Food Pantry, where she helps ensure that the shelves stay stocked and operations run smoothly to best support our community. Her journey with the Pantry began over eight years ago as a weekly volunteer, driven by a passion for supporting families in need. After her children graduated from high school and moved on, she felt called to deepen my commitment by stepping into a permanent role.

Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University, which has helped shape her understanding of the diverse needs within our community. Before joining the Pantry team full time, she also volunteered with the Lake Oswego School District and the SMART Reading Program—experiences that reinforced her belief in the power of consistent, hands-on community engagement.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, traveling, being outdoors, and downhill skiing. These interests keep her grounded and energized, and reflect the values of connection and balance that she brings to her work every day.
